Falcon

CNC oxy fuel gas profile cutting machine. With scanning and cutting width 1500mm, CNC width 2000mm, track length 6000mm. Maximum cutting thickness 400mm.

Plasma Cutting CNC

The CNC plasma cutters used by Fairdeal Fabrication allows high quality specification cutting including all types of intricate shapes. We can accommodate steel to BS4360 grade 43A, 50D, 50DD, EN8 etc on stock flame cut to size as per individual requirements from 0.08mm to 15mm.

Fairdeal fabrication operate programmable optical 2-axis flame cutting machines, each linked to CAD material profile management programme, thus enabling us to plan and cost jobs quickly, accurately and at a fair price.
